Egyptian Escape

During my Global Studies course, after weeks of studying our assigned countries, I was tasked with creating a glamping resort in the place of my choosing within the country. The driving factor of this design solution is sustainability. All construction , furniture and materials are achieved sustainably throughout the site. The site also has a huge emphasis of improving and involving the area surrounding it through needs assessment of the country and thorough design solutions for each. I chose the location of the White Desert because it brings tourism and business to the local town of Farafra.
